The message “Error connecting the alarm system” appears

Check with your system administrator to see if the alarm system is active.  Check with your system administrator that the configuration parameters ipAlarms and portAlarms are correct.   

Login

A colored background appears but the login window does not appear.

Please make sure you have Flash Player 7.0 or higher installed, otherwise you will not be able to access the application.

I can't log into the app, the message “Invalid User” appears. 

Please note that the password is case sensitive. Please check your assigned username and password. This combination is only valid for CTLog® Telemanagement or CTLog® Configurator.

I can't log into the app, the message “This User is already logged in” appears.

There is already someone logged in with this username and password. This user must exit the application or close the browser window for you to log in.

I can't log into the app, the message “Server not found” appears.

Check with your system administrator that CTLog® Server is running correctly.

I forgot my password.

Please contact your administrator to have a new password assigned to you.

I can't log into the app, the message “No licenses available” appears.

This message indicates that all Telemanagement or Configurator licenses are being used at the same time. You will only be able to log in to the application if another user logs out.
Alarms are coming in that the CTLog server module is closed.

DYou must enter the server where the first validation is to verify that the module CTLog Server is running, if it is not you should go to the folder CTLog and run the application manually.
