Dalí® makes the Avaya DevConnect Compliance Testing

At Calltech SA, we are proud to share with you the achievement of the compatibility certification of our web-based system for centralized telephone management and pricing, Dalí®, with the Avaya Aura platform. Calltech SA's Dalí r2.0 solution has completed testing by Avaya's DevConnect technical team and was officially recognized as compatible on May 27, 2015.

The Dalí® system from Calltech SA is a call accounting software that interoperates with Avaya Aura® Communication Manager over the TCP/IP protocol. Call records can be generated for various types of calls. Dalí® collects and processes the call records. The overall objective of this interoperability compatibility test is to verify that Dalí®, the CDR processing billing system software can interoperate with Avaya Aura® Communication Manager R6.3. The Dalí® system connects to Avaya Aura® Communication Manager over the local or wide area network using a CDR link running on the TCP/IP protocol. Avaya Aura® Communication Manager is configured to send CDR records to Dalí® using a specific port.

Dalí® provides traditional call collection, scoring, and reporting for businesses of any size. Dali® can interface with most telephone systems, in particular Avaya Aura® Communication Manager, to collect and interpret detailed records of tandem, inbound, outbound, and internal telephone calls. Dalí® then calculates the appropriate charge for local, long distance, international, and special calls and assigns them to the responsible parties.

The information in the application notes was obtained through DevConnect compliance testing and additional technical discussions. Testing was performed through the DevConnect Program in the Avaya Solutions and Interoperability Test Lab.
