CallTech S.A. entrega donación tecnológica a la Fundación Cardiovascular de Colombia

El aporte busca facilitar la comunicación interna de los integrantes que actualmente laboran en los establecimientos de salud y la comunicación externa hacía los clientes de la institución.

El aporte corresponde a una donación Tecnológica de equipos de comunicación, para ser distribuidos entre la red de uno de los complejos médicos más importantes de Colombia y Latinoamérica.

En este marco, la Fundación recibió más de 100 equipos para ser distribuidos en la red de comunicaciones interna y de atención al cliente.

El director de Infraestructura Tecnológica de FCV, Vladimir Salamanca, destacó que estos elementos permiten reforzar la comunicación entre los integrantes, pacientes y familiares que se encuentran en el complejo médico.

“Agradezco a Calltech S.A., por su contribución a la Fundación, ya que con esto permite que se mejoren las comunicaciones telefónicas, viéndose beneficiados tanto colaboradores como pacientes y familiares. También destaco el esfuerzo de esta compañía mejorando los equipos de la fundación ya que gracias a la actualización de hardware nos permite estar a la vanguardia en cuanto a infraestructura tecnológica, ayudándonos a mejorar la calidad de nuestros servicios. En la actual situación que atraviesa el sistema de salud, este pequeño granito de arena resulta ser un gran aporte”.

El propósito es mantener y proteger la comunicación entre los integrantes de la Fundación y así garantizar una optimización en sus procesos administrativos y mejorar su servicio al cliente.
