Data we collect
Calltech S.A. collects data about you, through our interactions with you and our products. You provide some of this data directly, and we obtain others by collecting data about your interactions, use, and experiences with our services. The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with third parties such as Google and the different interaction applications of this server such as Gmail, Google contacts directory, Google Docs, Spreadsheets and Presentation and Google Meet Chat or the choices you make, including the ones regarding your privacy settings and the products and features you use. We also collect data about you from third parties in our application.
You have choice options regarding the technology you use and the data you share. When you are asked to provide personal data, you can refuse it. Many of our services require some personal data in order to provide you with a service. If you choose not to provide the data required to provide you with a service and/or product or feature, you will not be able to use that product or feature.
Similarly, when we need to collect personal data for legal reasons, to enter into a contract with you or fulfill it and you do not provide the data, we will not be able to enter into the contract; or, if this is related to an existing service you are using, we may need to suspend or cancel it. In due course, we will notify you when appropriate. When providing the data is optional and you decide not to share personal data, the features that use such data, such as personalization, will not work for you.
Information from your Google account. With a Google account, you can log into the CTiContRol® application, as well as those of certain Google partners. Personal data associated with your Google Gmail account includes credentials, name and contact details, payment details, devices and data usage, your contacts, microphones, camera, information about your activities, interests and favorites. Logging into your Google account enables consistent and personalization experiences across products and devices, enables you to use cloud data storage, enables you to make calls, interactions, and enhance collaborative and real-time communications capabilities using stored instruments on your account and also enables other functions.
Messages. The preservation and storage of your voice and fax messages will be subject to the parameterization that you as a user make on your data and information, as well as the frequency and updating of backup copies within the platform.
Calls. The registration of your calls will be subject to the personal parameterization that you as a user make on your data and information, as well as the frequency and update of backup copies within the platform.
