We guarantee, through the implementation of the Management System, that customer service always exceeds expectations. We make the management system an integral part of our work, ensuring the continuous improvement of the organization and compliance with legal, regulatory and other subscribed requirements related to quality, safety and health at work. We strengthen staff competencies to raise awareness towards integrated management, based on service quality, prevention of occupational risks and personal and professional growth. We promote health, self-care and the prevention of injuries, occupational diseases and property damage, identifying, mitigating and controlling occupational risks that may arise during the development of operational and administrative activities. We allocate the necessary human, physical and financial resources for the management of quality, safety and health at work, and for the achievement of the objectives established in the integrated management system. All employees, contractors and temporary workers are responsible for complying with the guidelines, standards and procedures related to quality, safety and health at work, in order to perform safe and productive work. They are also responsible for promptly reporting any conditions that may generate consequences or contingencies for employees and for the organization.
