CTLog® Agent

Allow agents to record any part of a telephone conversation in a controlled manner. Add personalized comments on each recording to facilitate search criteria and archiving tags. Allow the agent who recorded a call to be used as search criteria using Free Seating.

CTLog® Screen Recording

Allows for the recording agents’ screens in synchronized fashion adjacent to call recording so supervisors can listen to the calls while visualizing browser use, pointers and typing performed by agents on their PCs.
