What is CTLog®?

It allows recording of mobile phones, analog extensions, proprietary digital extensions, IP, trunks (Analog, E1, ISDN and SS7) and other audio sources such as intercom equipment, microphones, radio and fax transmissions, headphones, trunk lines, speakers and screens. It has historical search, real-time monitoring, recording labeling, mass export of recordings, digital signature and encryption.

CTLog Mobile Recording

CTLog® Mobile Recording is an App that is installed on the cell phone to be recorded. It is activated when a call is started or received. The recording is done locally and when the call ends it is uploaded to CTLog® through a Webservice, which will allow the administrator to consult it after the recording, who will be able to access CTLog® Telemanagement.
